(Antiseptic/Antibacterial ointment)

DOSAGE

Apply to affected area 3 times daily until affected area is healed. Product can stain so it is best covered with a light gauze.

INGREDIENTS

Chaparral aerial parts (Larrea mexicana)
This herb has antiseptic properties which kill bacteria and other micro-organisms. Has been used since the earliest times to heal burns, bruises, rashes and wounds.

White Oak bark (Quercus alba)
A strong astringent, White Oak has a cleansing effect on inflamed surfaces of the skin. This herb also has antiseptic properties to help fight infections. It helps to strengthen capillaries, stop bleeding, relieve bruises and reduce swelling.

Chickweed aerial parts (Stellaria media)

Chickweed has a ‚soothing effect;" it is ideal for helping with and speeding up the healing process. Chickweed is also a demulcent as it softens and soothes damaged or inflamed surfaces.

Comfrey root (Symphytum officinalis)
This herb has the ability to encourage body tissue repair. Comfrey is the master healer; it stimulates new cell growth which increases cell production and supports rapid healing. It is soothing where there is inflammation and helps to stop bleeding.

Lobelia aerial parts (Lobelia inflata)
Lobelia is a relaxant that helps to remove toxins and is very soothing to inflamed tissues.

Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis)
Used for hundreds of years to treat wounds, this herb is used to draw out poisons and debris that may be embedded in a wound. This helps to shorten the healing time.

Red clover flower (Trifolium pratense)
Red clover is the ultimate cleanser as its antibiotic properties are effective against several types of bacteria.

Goldenseal root (Hydrastis canadensis)
Highly effective in reducing inflammation, Goldenseal also helps to stop bleeding. It acts as an immuno-stimulator prompting the body’s immune system to fight infection in wounds, bites, burns or ulcers.
